Booking preferences:
Bookings are for 7 or 3 nights * & now for 2 nights*
- 7 night bookings are based on either Friday - Friday or Saturday - Saturday.
- 3 night bookings can start on any day.
- * 2 night bookings can only start on Fridays or Saturdays! *

Booking Procedure:

  • Proceed by clicking on the required start date of your holiday.
  • Enter your details including card details, this is on a secure server
  • Choose how you would like to pay - Debit/Credit Card or Cheque
  • Submit booking.

Payment details:

  • Payment can be made by Credit & Debit Cards!
  • Sorry we do not accept AMEX, or cheques (due to Cheque Guarantee card scheme withdrawal in June 2011)
  • On booking we require a standard £100 deposit or the full amount.
  • We require full payment of the balance no less than 60 days before commencement of your holiday.
  • On receipt of the full balance you will receive your receipt together with details regarding access to the apartment, location maps and arrangements concerning keys etc.
  • If your booking date is less than 60 days away, payment needs to be made in full.
  • Please note your card payment will be put through "Huckleberry Willow Ltd" - this is where our card terminal is. Your card receipt and statement will be in this name for your transaction.

Alternative booking and Payment procedure:

  • If you would like to book and pay in your own time, or there is a problem with the online booking system please click here for a printable booking form.
  • You may post your booking form with your cheque or card details.
  • If you choose to post with your card details, please make sure it is by Recorded delivery as normal post is not 100% safe.
  • You may give your card details over the phone
  • PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL CARD DETAILS AS THIS IS NOT SAFE!
  • You may also fax your booking form together with your card details in the space provided. Fax: 01629 584549 / alternative fax: 01246 230673. Please contact either number before you fax as this is a phone line too.
